Athletic & Training Background
From a young age I played basketball, baseball, football and wrestled. School Sports ended for me, when I took up bodybuilding at the age of 12, and earned sponsorship at age 15. Since that time I have experimented with many different styles/methods of lifting from bands, to kettle bells to power lifting and find value in them all. For the last year I have been training and competing as a powerlifter. Currently I hold two state and one national powerlifting record.
For the last 8 years I have worked with men and women in all walks of life and skill levels, as a personal trainer I believe that everyone can reach their goals they have in mind, as long as they are willing to go the extra mile to get there.
Whether it be weight loss, increased muscle mass, or improved records in their sport, I will help get you there! I love watching the progress of my clients as they close the gap on their set fitness goals.
