🍞CARBS AT NIGHT🍞 ☠️Are they as bad as they say?
Carbohydrates have been demonized by mainstream thinking, for years now. While highly processed carbs (starches & sugars) are certainly not ideal for our overall health, consuming carbohydrates in our diets is absolutely okay. Living mostly on refined carbs will leave you with high blood sugars & low energy…so aim for more wholesome forms (veggies, fruits, yogurt, nuts, seeds). That along with adequate proteins & fats are optimal. Consuming carbohydrates in the morning, afternoon or night makes absolutely NO difference. As I’m showing your here with avocado toast, if you want to consume a meal with carbs at night, go for it. As long as you’re within your daily caloric intake goals, you’ll be on track for weight/fat loss.
