Consistency is KEY!!!!

Your body does not get better by chance, it gets better by change. If you are willing to put in the work and do it consistently enough, you WILL see results❗️

Think about it: anything you have been committed to, you have accomplished right? Do the same with fitness. Start with eating healthier and spending 2 days a week in the gym. Once you build those habits, what else can you switch up? Do you feel like you’re eating out too much? Make one of those meals from home moving forward. Take baby steps. Being “fit” is not about being perfect. It’s about working on yourself every day for YOU, to make yourself feel better not just on the outside, but on the inside too. 💪🏼
