When all else fails

One of the disciplines in our tool kit for protecting our health and resilience is a routine of daily physical activity that supports, balances and nourishes our mental emotional and physical body. When all else fails, and we find ourselves in a crisis or pit of despair, training holds us and helps to metabolize the corrosive impact of stress.
Physical activity is the medicine and the glue that has held me together when all else has fallen away.
