The shutdown happening tomorrow is a perfect example to test the theory of being proactive instead of reactive to situations.
Closing gyms is going to make many of us (me included) feel like the progress we have made the last few months is going to go down the drain. The truth is, if you (proactively) continue your workouts at home, you won’t lose as much progress as you think. You may have to switch up the exercises, weight, and rep ranges, but STAYING CONSISTENT during this lockdown will be MORE BENEFICIAL for you than if you let this situation defeat you.
This is where perseverance comes into play. YOU CAN WORK AROUND THIS! I believe in you — you just have to believe in yourself and be proactive, not reactive! Positivity and preparation will always beat negativity.
