PERFECT DIET VS SUSTAINABLE DIET
-
You’ve got it all figured out, you’re gonna eat nothing but chicken and broccoli for the next 6 weeks and then you’ll look like an Adonis. What could go wrong?
-
Apart from the fact that no one ended up looking like an Adonis in 6 weeks, and chicken and broccoli starts to taste horrible and bland after about 2 minutes.
-
A sustainable diet is one where you can eat junk food sometimes, you don’t ALWAYS have to eat below your calories, and you have the freedom to go out with your friends and not feel guilty.
-
This way, it’s impossible to break your diet because even on the days when you have an unexpected meal, that’s also part of the diet 🙆♂️
-
It’s far better to have a diet that you can stick to for a long time, rather than lose 10lbs of water weight in 2 weeks with a diet that you won’t be able to stick to
-
So work out your TDEE, eat below it, get 1g/lb of protein in, eat junk food, and ENJOY YOUR LIFE. It’s too short anyway
