You cannot out train a bad diet

Working out everyday, 2x a day or even 3, cannot outweigh a bad diet. Cliché as it sounds, it’s the true. If your goal is to change the way you look and improve the way you perform you shouldn’t be guessing, you need to have a plan with a strategy that works and is aligned with your goals and needs. Fail to plan, fail to succeed!
