Lose weight without a calorie deficit
The amount of crap supplements, weight loss gimmicks, crazy training programs I see people using/taking/promoting in pursuit of weight loss is ridiculous.
Just the other day, I saw a post being in ketosis is the only way to become a fat burning machine.
I also saw another post relating to EPOC and HIIT.
Yes, you can lose water weight, this is true, it counts towards weight loss, but you can’t lose “body stores” (aka bodyfat weight) without being in an energy deficit. That loss of stored fat requires using more energy in a given period of time, (day, week, month) than what’s being consumed.
